Amprobe ACD-10 TRMS Plus Clamp on Multimeter Description:

Amprobe ACD-10 TRMS Plus Clamp on Multimeter offers thinner jaws over standard clamp meters, allowing access to tight measurement areas and still accommodating conductors up to 25 mm. This clamp on multimeter measures capacitance and frequency and is a True RMS version for noisy measurement environments for a more accurate reading.
