Greenlee 55456 Bare Fiber Adapter FC allows temporary connection of 125 micron multimode or single-mode fiber to measuring equipment such as Sources, Optical Power Meters and Fault Locators with an FC-style connector. Discontinued product - Replaced by Greenlee 55456 bare fiber adapter FC's short 5 mm minimum strip length provides easy insertion into the capillary and avoids fiber breakage. Greenlee 55456 Bare Fiber Adapter FC Characteristics:
 
Allows temporary connection of 125 micron multimode or single-mode fiber to measuring equipment such as Sources, Optical Power Meters and Fault Locators with an FC-style connector.
 
Connection to other common fiber optic connector styles can be accomplished with a hybrid test jumper.
 
Short 5 mm minimum strip length provides easy insertion into the capillary and avoids fiber breakage.
 
Reusable.
 
Includes a durable 2.5 mm tungsten carbide ferrule and a ferrule cleaning tool.
