SPECIAL PRICES, PROMOTIONS AND FREE PRODUCTS:
A large portion of our catalogue is sold at a special or discounted price and orders placed at this advertised pricing may be eligible for a promotional or free item, provided that this promotion is offered by Testersandtools.com. If an electronic or phone quotation is provided, orders placed at quoted pricing are no longer eligible for promotional add-ons or free gifts. However, these quoted orders are still eligible for promotional gifts and specials that are offered by the manufacturer of the respective products.
SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES:
In-stock products ordered from the Testers and Tools Catalog before 4:00pm MST Monday - Friday (except holidays) will ship within 48 hours via best method for established accounts or authorized credit card payments. The majority of orders will ship on the same day.
Online orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx).
UPS Ground: Delivers to the Continental United States (from coast to coast)* within 5 business days.
UPS Overnight shipping: Testers and Tools can ship in-stock items via express shipping methods if your order is placed by 12:00pm Mountain Standard Time. Express shipping charges will be added to your invoice.
* Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may include a shipping surcharge, if UPS charges exceed our shipping charge by more than ten percent.
Orders: Testers and Tools has no minimum order requirement.
Shipping Cost: UPS standard costs are used as a base to calculate the cost of shipping for your order(s).

Shipments to Canada:
Canadian shipments are sent via USPS EMS Global Express, a service of the US Postal Service. This service provides speedy delivery (3 to 5 days), and economic cost. We can, however, provide express shipments via UPS or FedEx, but offer it on the basis of individual request due to high and variable cost.

Tracking information and a link to the carrier’s website to retrieve tracking updates will be automatically sent to customers who provide a valid email address at time of purchase.
In the case of orders that ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, tracking information will not be automatically generated and in this case you may feel free to contact us to obtain tracking information.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND RETURN POLICY:
Testers and Tools offers a 30-day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies.
To process a return, contact our Customer Support Department at firstname.lastname@example.org and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back. Without an RMA number, returns will not be accepted. Please have the following information available when requesting an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return.
For a return to be accepted products MUST be 100 percent complete in new condition, and contain ALL original packaging and boxes, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In the event of an exchange or replacement Testers and Tools will pay for shipping of new item.
Full insurance is strongly recommended for return shipments, in case of loss or damage. Testers and Tools requests that return shipments use a carrier that is able to provide proof of delivery.
In the event of damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If the package is accepted, please ensure that damage is noted on carrier’s delivery notification so that Testers and Tools may file a damage claim with the carrier. Please retain the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in and notify Testers and Tools immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick-up of damaged merchandise. If Testers and Tools is not notified of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, the regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Contact Customer Support at email@example.com or use your Testers and Tools online account to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
DEFECTIVE merchandise can be returned directly to Testers and Tools (at our discretion) within 30 days of the invoice creation date for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Some manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC code will ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 30 days our return policy expires and the manufacturers' warranties apply.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Testers and Tools (at our discretion) within 30 days of the invoice creation date for credit or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns can subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
Due to manufacturer's policies, close-outs or in the case of specially ordered items: Some products may be non-returnable due to manufacturer's policies, close-outs or in the case of specially ordered items.
Testers and Tools does reserve the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. However, if the return is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY in the form of store credit. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
