Testers and Tools Return and Refund Policy
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND RETURN POLICY:
Testers and Tools offers a 30-day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies.
To process a return, contact our Customer Support Department at [email protected] and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back. Without an RMA number, returns will not be accepted. Please have the following information available when requesting an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return.
For a return to be accepted products MUST be 100 percent complete in new condition, and contain ALL original packaging and boxes, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In the event of an exchange or replacement Testers and Tools will pay for shipping of new item. The standard ground shipping is used for sending replacement or exchange item(s). In case of the International shipments, the client is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product to US and from US to its home country. Testers and Tools covers the cost of shipping within the US only, if the client uses the US based freight forwarding company.
Full insurance is strongly recommended for return shipments, in case of loss or damage. Testers and Tools requests that return shipments use a carrier that is able to provide proof of delivery.
In the event of damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If the package is accepted, please ensure that damage is noted on carrier’s delivery notification so that Testers and Tools may file a damage claim with the carrier. Please retain the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in and notify Testers and Tools immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick-up of damaged merchandise. If Testers and Tools is not notified of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, the regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Contact Customer Support at [email protected] or use your Testers and Tools online account to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise.
DEFECTIVE merchandise can be returned directly to Testers and Tools (at our discretion) within 30 days of the invoice creation date for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Some manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC code will ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 30 days our return policy expires and the manufacturers' warranties apply.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Testers and Tools (at our discretion) within 30 days of the invoice creation date for credit or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns can subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
Due to manufacturer's policies, close-outs or in the case of specially ordered items: Some products may be non-returnable due to manufacturer's policies, close-outs or in the case of specially ordered items.
Testers and Tools does reserve the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. However, if the return is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY in the form of store credit. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
