The AEMC 1040 Megohmmeter 1000V Resistance Tester 2116.92 is a portable, battery operated digital insulation resistance tester. This unit tests at 1000V, and 500V. Accurately measures resistance, voltage, continuity, and insulation resistance. An incorporated 600V voltmeter automatically detects and displays AC/DC voltages in test circuits on each of the insulation test voltage ranges. An audible and visual alert is signaled when above 25V coupled with restriction of further tests - protecting the user and meter. Equipped with an extra-large blue backlit display.
