Fieldpiece JL3KR4 is an HVAC/R charge kit that includes 2 pressure probes and 2 pipe clamp that connect quickly and securely even in the tightest locations providing accurate measurements to evaluate the AC system. The probes have a strong wireless range of about 350’ and can be paired with the Job Link app on your mobile device to view each measurement live.

Important Features

The pressure probe JL3PR is designed to reach service ports even in tight spaces with the angled 45 fitting.  Refrigerant loss is kept to a minimum with a direct connect to the service port eliminating the need for hoses. The pressure sensors automatically calibrates when powered on and are accurate at any elevation so readings are always dependable no matter what your location. The indicator switch on the pressure probe automatically tells the Job Link system which side you are testing.  You would select red for liquid and blue for the suction side. 

The water resistant pipe clamps JL3PC have a Rapid Rail sensor that uses the pipe to complete the circuit so readings are not affected by ambient air and stabilize in under 5 seconds. They have also included a LED and beeper so you always know when you have a good connection.  The narrow jaw size gets into tight spaces or irregularly pipe shapes and can be used on pipes ranging from ¼” to 1 and 3/8” in diameter. The pipe clamp also have an indicator switch that automatically tells the Job Link system which side you are testing.  The red is for liquid side and blue for the suction side.  In addition, the pipe clamps also can connect with the new SM380V and SM480V refrigerant manifolds.

These smart probes have a wireless range of 350’ so you can send measurements directly to a mobile device with the Job Link System App. The signal is powerful enough to go through most walk-in coolers and freezers.
 
Both devices operate with 2 AAA batteries and have a rubberized grip with an ergonomic design that is rugged as well as functional and comfortable with the ability to handle the daily grind. These probes will also power off after 2 inactive hours.
