Greenlee PE2003 Pulser Burried Cable Ground Fault Tester finds even very small breaks in cables buried directly in the ground.  Greenlee PE2003 signal transmitter sends a high voltage signal, and the A-frame finds breaks in buried cables or wires.  This ground fault locator is very accurate, but two conditions need to be fulfilled in order to locate the break. First, cable or wire need to be buried directly in a soil.  Secondly, one needs to know the path of the wire.  Because of the second condition, a person who troubleshoots needs to have a cable locator, as well.
