Inficon QS5 Two Stage Vacuum Pump 5 CFM is designed to provide a 15 micron vacuum pull with a two-stage rotary vane pump design. The Inficon QS5 features a large viewing glass, built-in check valve to prevent oil from flowing back into the system in the event of a power loss, gas ballast to remove water vapor into the atmosphere instead of letting it accumulate inside the oil reservoir, a durable, yet lightweight aluminum casing, and more.
