Shimpo FG-3008 Digital Force Gauge 110 lb 500N Capacity with Data Logging is a handheld meter for simple tension and compression testing. The unit has selectable engineering units and four different languages (English, Chinese, Japanese, German). The Shimpo FG-3008 features a larget back-lit LCD screen and has three modes of operation (Track, Peak & Preset Limits). 500 readings can be stored at the push of a button and the FG-3008 has a capacity of 500 N (110 lbf). The data sampling rate is 1000Hz and a screen resolution of 0.1 N (0.1 lbf).EDMS Software needed for datalogging and graphing is available as a free download on the Shimpo website. The Shimpo FG-3008 500N Digital Force Gauge includes a NIST Certificate, protective carrying case, and six attachments. Made in Japan.
