The TSI 9565 Velocicalc Handheld Digital Air Velocity Meter is a multi functional ventilation meter designed for the commercial HVAC specialist to make their jobs easier and more efficient in providing indoor air qualities that are safe and comfortable. The TSI 9565 is a handheld meter that comes with the straight air velocity probe 964 that is known for its accuracy in measuring air velocity, temperature and relative humidity. In addition, the air velocity meter comes with a differential pressure sensor. The 9565 has the option of additional “smart” plug-in probes making this velocity meter just about the perfect tool for any ventilation application including HVAC testing and balancing, clean room testing, as well as biological safety cabinet and laboratory fume hood testing and many more.

The TSI 9565 has an ergonomic design with a large graphic display that can simultaneously show 5 measurements. Its ease of operation is provided by its onscreen prompts and step-by-step instructions guiding the user through instrument setup, operation and field calibration. It also includes a keypad lockout to prevent tampering during unattended use.

The air velocity probe 964 has a velocity range of 0 to 9,999 ft/min, a temperature range of 14 to 140°F, and relative humidity readings of 0 to 95%.

Additionally, the 9565 has a variety of other optional “smart” plug-in probes including the VOC, CO2 and rotating vane probes that might assist in helping to diagnose any ventilation problems. It also accommodates up to two K-alloy thermocouples for temperature readings.

The TSI 9565 air velocity meter has multiple data logging formats, an expanded data logging capacity which includes storage for over 26,500 samples and 100 test IDs, and the TrakPro Data Analysis Software which allows the technician to work more efficiently and effectively.

The 9565 also includes the downloading software called LogDat2 that transfers the stored data to a computer as a spreadsheet file. In addition, this software is useful for applications such as duct traverses, fume hood and filter face velocity testing. The Velocicalc 9565 also comes with Bluetooth capabilities for printing and remote polling.

All TSI instruments are made in USA and come with NIST Certification of calibration.
