The Yellow Jacket residential combustion analyzer CA502 is an essential instrument for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and proper operation of heating appliances. The three-in-one flue gas analyzer features an ambient CO and flue gas monitor, a manometer, and analyzer functionality in one compact tool. The CA502 combustion analyzer includes oxygen and carbon monoxide gas sensors, an efficiency test, and the ability to provide rapid reporting via the Yellow Jacket App.

Compact and lightweight, the Yellow Jacket CA502 analyzer with its magnetic protective holster fits comfortably in your hand, and the six simultaneous readings are read easily on the display. The CO over-limit protection provides sensor longevity, and the 7” duct probe with adjustable depth stop allows for easy installation and use at any job site.
The inline condensate trap and soot filter provide easy viewing and easy change out and cleanup at the end of a job. A replaceable filter is integrated into the suction line and can be replaced while emptying the water trap. The onboard pre-calibrated O2 sensors are easily field-replaceable, allowing for reduced downtime.
The combustion analyzer integral manometer functionality and optional manometer tube accessory allow monitoring of system and flue pressures. The integrated startup zeroing makes this analyzer a great ambient and flue gas CO detector, and the analyzer displays the PPM for CO, preventing local CO poisoning hazards. In addition, the flue gas analyzer will set fuel to the proper efficient burn. The Yellow Jacket Combustion Analyzer CA502 includes all the features needed to efficiently, effectively, and safely service heating appliances.
The Yellow Jacket Combustion App allows the HVAC technician to scan the QR code generated by the CA502 to download the data of the performed analyses and store, email, or print the report.
