Alnor RVA801 Digital Anemometer with Rotating Vane

The Alnor RVA801 is a lightweight, accurate, digital rotating vane anemometer that is designed to measure air velocity, air volume, and temperature using a simple one-button operation. This digital vane anemometer is designed to be used for HVAC commissioning, heating and cooling analysis, diffuser and grille measurements, fume hood face velocity, indoor air quality testing, and filter face velocity measurements.

Important Features

The RVA801 will display measurement readings in metric or imperial mode from 50 to 6,000 ft/min (0.25-30 m/s) for velocity and from 40 to 113° F (5 to 45 C) for temperature. The vane anemometer has an innovative 4” (100 mm) attached swivel head that features a 180 rotation so the screen always faces the user.

The rotating vane anemometer will calculate the volumetric flow rate from the velocity and user entered duct or grille size. In addition, the digital anemometer has automatic averaging of air velocity and is compatible with Aircone Flow Hoods.
